After payment before sending to the Buyer
In case of returning the goods after payment, before sending it, You should immediately notify the "Piter-PM" online store of Your intention to return the goods by phone and (or) through the return request form (the form below).
When You complete and submit the form, You will receive a completed return request to your email address. Funds are returned only to the account (Bank card) from which the payment for this order was made. The refund is made within three days after receiving the original of Your application.
After payment, the product has already been sent to the Buyer
In case of returning the goods after payment and dispatch to the delivery address, You should:
- Notify the online store "Piter-PM" of the intention to return the product by phone and (or) through the return request form, fill out and send a return application (the form below);
- After receiving the completed application for return of goods to Your email address, print it, sign it and send it along with a copy of the payment receipt by mail to the address: 191036 Russia, St. Petersburg, 5-ya Sovetskaya str., b. 4, ap. 3, Polunin Alexey Nikolaevich.
- Return the product without damage and in the package to the address: 191036 Russia, St. Petersburg, 5-ya Sovetskaya str., b. 4, ap. 3, Polunin Alexey Nikolaevich. The return must be issued as a valuable parcel without cash on delivery, indicating the full value of the product.
Each Order is carefully checked before shipping, but if You find a defect, immediately let us know, and send a photo of the defective item – we will replace the product for free.
Terms of return of goods
Funds are returned only to the account (Bank card) from which the payment for this order was made. A refund is made within ten days after receiving the returned product and a statement from the Buyer (if the product is returned without damage).
If you return the product without a reason for marriage or damage (the product did not like it), You will have to pay the shipping costs.
The return of a product of good quality is possible if its presentation (packaging, configuration, labels, seals), consumer properties, cleanliness (without traces), without external damage, and if there are documents confirming the purchase of the returned product (cash or sales receipt).
